The Number of Admissions to “Leandro Erlich: Seeing and Believing” Tops 200,000!
2018.1.12 [Fri]
The Mori Art Museum is thrilled to announce that 48 days after opening, admissions to the “Leandro Erlich: Seeing and Believing” exhibition have exceeded 200,000! (1)
The immersive nature of Erlich’s works, and the fact that photography is permitted at every single one of them, have combined to make the show a runaway hit with the younger generation, who are enjoying it - as one might expect - by not only having fun with the works, but sharing their experiences afterward on social media. Already an incredible 10,000 posts tagged #Leandro Erlich have been uploaded on Instagram. (2)
Especially popular are - of course - the gravity-defying Building, in which visitors can hang off a wall; also Changing Rooms, where you can wander through an endless labyrinth; and Port of Reflections, an installation of boats rocking gently, reflected in the water.
“Leandro Erlich: Seeing and Believing” continues to Sunday, April 1. Be sure not to miss it!
(1) Tickets giving joint admission to Tokyo City View, the Roppongi Hills observation deck (2) As of January 12; public posts only.
