- Graduated with an M.A. from New York University. From 1990 to 1999 lived in New York working in gallery management, public relations and fundraising for art. In 1999 moved to Tokyo to work at an artist-in-residence program, the Mori Art Museum and several other venues. Since 2000 has taught art administration at Tokyo University of the Arts. Currently specializes in management and consulting in the art, cultural and architecture sectors.

To commemorate its fifth anniversary, the Mori Art Museum presents in partnership with UBS and in collaboration with Academyhills, “MAM Art Course,” a brand new, three year series of educational courses exploring diverse facets of contemporary art. “MAM Art Course” will be a fun, educational and informative forum for thinking about the role art can play in our society and our lives. The courses will be divided into three themes, A, B and C - Art, Business and Culture - and will investigate the complex web of relations that exists between art and society.
