Established after the earthquake by art producer Osanai Ayako, who moved to Sendai from Tokyo. Provides a venue that can be used as shared accommodation by artists and creators in the process of making works that record the communities and the experiences of people affected by the disaster. From time to time also holds talk events centered on these artists.
