Run by artist Tomii Motohiro, with support from painter Suenaga Fuminao. Organizes exhibitions and other experiments based on the principle that regardless of the sort of place, it is possible to create a good exhibition or art venue if you have the objective and ordered circumstances necessary for each occasion. This initiative continues because it is been possible to find the venues for doing perfectly normal things in perfectly normal ways. A fairly recent addition is the "Kabegiwa Podcast," a series of dialogues with artists, curators, and critics.
