Notice on Ticket Refunds

Unused advance tickets of Mori Art Museum, Tokyo City View and Mori Arts Center Gallery, for the facilities being temporarily closed, can be refunded.
- Refunds can be made to unused advance tickets only.
- No refunds can be made to the tickets without stubs.
- We will not refund tickets purchased outside of proper ticket sales/distribution channels.
- No refunds for discount tickets and complimentary tickets.
For Future and the Arts advance tickets at the Mori Art Museum:
Refunds can be made until June 30, 2020 (* period further extended).
- Ticket Pia: inquire from the website http://t.pia.jp/guide/refund.jsp
- ASOVIEW: If your ticket is unused, refund will be made automatically by the agency without you having to do anything. The timing of your refund depends on your credit card company.
