MAM Project 032: Bady Dalloul Related Program
Japanese-English simultaneous interpretation available
Bady Dalloul creates works that address the themes of migration and encounters, which are universal human activities, while at times incorporating his personal story of growing up in a Syrian immigrant family that moved to France.
As part of the exhibition-related program, we are organizing a performance and artist talk. In the first half of the program, we are featuring a new performance piece co-produced with stage director Kamisato Yudai with the support of the Kawamura Arts and Cultural Foundation, using exhibited works of Dalloul’s works and their worldview as a starting point. In the second half, the artist will join to discuss the background to the production of the performance and to elaborate on his artistic activities to date, including the works on display.
