Has organized the national Art NPO Forum since 2003. Arranges venues around Japan for public discourse and discussion concerning art and citizens' activities (NPOs), and makes policy recommendations. Also organizes courses such as Idobata Kaigi (Community Meeting) and Hyogen no Kate Gakko (Food for Expression School) for thinking about the various challenges that affect society, covering themes such as human rights and art, gender, etc.
